Delivery Information
Our Delivery Methods are as follows
Delivery to Home/Business
We use UPS, this is a next working day tracked service and the cost is £6.00 per order.
Please note that it is the next working day after your order is completed and not the next working day after the order is placed.
Once the order is despatched you will receive a tracking email from UPS to the email address that you have provided or the one used on your online account.
Orders can be delivered to any UK address.
Please do not include any delivery instructions in the notes sections as all orders are despatched automatically, so it is not possible to include these.
Delivery to School (Term Time Only)
School orders can be delivered to your school reception (term time only) providing the School allows this. If this is available for your School, then you will see this option at check out or on the order form used in our Store.
This service is free of charge to use.
Each School has set delivery days, therefore after you receive the confirmation that your order is complete your order will then be delivered on the next delivery day to that school and not necessarily the next working day.
Once delivered each School has its own distribution policy, you will need to check with the school office how you will receive your order.
Click and Collect
Orders can be collected from our Store in Warrington any time during our normal opening hours. When you collect please ensure that your order confirmation or Invoice is to hand as we will require the information to locate you order.
