Personalised Items
As we provide personalised items,  we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty.
Please return any faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt. Such items can be returned either in our store or by sending them to following address;

Returns Department, Touchline UK, Liverpool Road, Warrington, WA5 1AE.

Please ensure that either your order or invoice number are quoted with any returns.
Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to 'personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification'.  
As we supply personalised items, please be careful to check the product size information before placing your order. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example, a size medium produced by Touchline may differ to a medium by Banner.
We also provide a wide range of samples in our store for you to try should you be unsure of what size to order.


Un personalised Items
Blank items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item only, please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded.
